Living a L.A.C.E.D. Life

There’s a rhythm to life when we start paying attention; a pulse that hums beneath the noise, guiding us toward balance, joy, and purpose. I call that rhythm living a L.A.C.E.D. life: a life infused with Love, Abundance, Connection, Energy, and Divine Design. For me, this isn’t just a mantra or brand name. It’s a daily practice, a remembering, a returning to the truth that everything sacred begins within.

L: Love

Love is the thread that ties it all together. It’s in the way we speak to ourselves when no one’s listening, the way we pause to notice sunlight through the trees, or offer a smile to a stranger.

I’ve learned that love isn’t something we earn, it’s something we expand. The more we live from love, the more we attract it back in forms we never imagined. Living L.A.C.E.D. means asking: Am I rooted in love right now?

A: Abundance

Abundance is not measured in dollars it’s measured in gratitude.

For me, abundance looks like a clean morning sky after rain, laughter in my kitchen, or the hum of community energy inside Hoover Skate Arena as kids and families roll with joy.

When we stop chasing and start aligning, abundance flows naturally not from doing more, but from being open to receive what’s already on its way.

C: Connection / Community

Connection is sacred currency. It’s how we weave light through the world, through family, friendships, shared visions, and small moments of humanity.

Every conversation, collaboration, and creative project is a thread in the L.A.C.E.D. tapestry. Whether I’m working with local business owners, dancing with friends, or sharing stories by the creek, I’m reminded: community is the medicine.

E: Energy

Everything is energy the way we think, speak, move, and create.

When my energy feels aligned, I flow. When it feels blocked, I breathe, stretch, walk the trails, sing, or write until it shifts. Energy is communication it tells us what needs tending.

Living a L.A.C.E.D. life is about honoring that awareness and learning how to turn the simple act of presence into power.

D: Divine / Design

The “D” holds a double meaning: Divine and Design because I believe we are both guided by Source and active participants in creating beauty from within it.

Whether it’s designing a website, a flyer, a journal page, or a new chapter of life, there’s always a deeper design unfolding and I trust that the same hand that paints the sunset is helping me paint my path.

Living L.A.C.E.D. isn’t about perfection, it’s about presence. It’s remembering who we are when we let love lead, when we choose gratitude over lack, when we show up fully in community, protect our energy, and trust in the divine design of our journey.
