I was raised by resilience, sharpened in Fortune 100 boardrooms, and softened by the whispers of creek water and cardinals. My journey has never been linear. It has been layered, surprising, and deeply human.

I’ve spent over 20 years in corporate leadership; building hiring strategies that shaped thousands of careers, leading teams across continents, and mastering the data that turns complexity into results.

Beyond the boardrooms and bright lights, hardships surfaced, the whirlwind of becoming an instant mom to three, complete burn-out, and the journey through illness into recovery revealed a deeper truth:
